Real
Scene was shot in Vancouver, it's one of the few scenes that wasn't filmed in New York. Now this building is gone, it was demolished in 2021, and the real restaurant "Only Sea Food", where the shooting took place, was closed in 2009. Nowadays there is nothing on the place of the building, just a small vacant lot (On the real images you can see it and how the building looked before the demolition).
