Scene was shot Located atop the remnants of an old WWII army base, North 40 is a large off-leash dog park located adjacent to the Boundary Bay Airport which is popular with productions for its easily controlled streets and variety of overgrown paths. The roads were originally part of the Vancouver Wireless Station, built for the Canadian Army Signal Corps during WWII and in operation until 1971.

Scene was shot An office block that was constructed as part of the Plaza of Nations development for Expo ‘86. Originally there was a matching set of offices to the west, but those were demolished in 2008.

East Lawn Building (Riverview Hospital)

Coquitlam

Scene where Young Raimy brings Frank the ham radio in the hospital where he is being treated for his gunshot wound in pilot episode. Young Eva is treated at the hospital in episode 1x04 “Bleed Over”.

Scene was shot The East Lawn Building opened in 1930 and housed the Chronic Female Unit and is the largest building at Riverview. The building was designed to house 675 patients but by the 50s its had over 1,400. The building was closed down in 2005 and has been used by film productions since then.
