Scene was shot The London City Hall is the headquarters of the Greater London Authority which administers over the 32 boroughs and the City of London. The City Hall was opened in 2002, two years after the GLA was formed, and designed by Norman Foster in the neo-futurism style with a glass bulbous shape. The main atrium contains a 500-metre helical walkway that ascends all ten stories with the council chamber at the bottom visible from anywhere in the atrium.
