Martin & Associates in the Corporation-International Style. The pond surrounding the building is part of building's air conditioning and heating systems, reducing power usage in the summer and allowing the building to be heated without a boiler in the winter. The concrete slabs extending past the windows act as shades to also help keep the building cool.
