The Girl Next Door
Year: 2004
Country: USA

The movie “Neighborhood” was filmed in Los Angeles, USA. This place is ideal for filming youth comedies, as the budget of such pictures is not particularly high, and in Los Angeles there is everything you need, you do not need to take the crew to other locations. The plot of the movie was to show a typical suburb of the U.S., with what the local houses perfectly coped.

Over the years the studio built extensive sets on the ranch including a massive San Francisco replica, western towns, a European village, a Chinese town, and more. The longest lasting western town was construct from sets moved from Encino Ranch when it closed in 1954. In 1980 the National Park Service took control of a major portion of the ranch and has operated it since then.
