Scene was shot The Apthorp is a Italian Renaissance Revival apartment building constructed in 1908 for William Waldorf Astor by the architectural firm Clinton & Russell. At the center of the building is a cobblestone courtyard and driveway. The building was sold in 2006 and converted to condominiums in 2008 which sold for around $3,000 per square foot.

Scene was shot Bryant Park is situated in midtown and contains the New York Public Library. The park originally open in 1847 as Reservoir Square, and was renamed Bryant Park in 1884. The park deteriorated over the years until a renovation in the 1980s, when the entire park was rebuilt over the newly constructed underground library stacks.
