Crease Clinic (Riverview Hospital)

Scene where Rufus and Wyatt find Roosevelt at the fair thinking he is Flynn's target and follow one of Flynn's men in episode 1x11 “The World's Columbian Exposition”.

Scene was shot This building opened in 1934 as a veterans treatment center for veterans of the First World War. This included the main building as well as the separate Veterans Dining Block. The main building was expanded in 1945 and reopened in 1949 as the Crease Clinic of Psychological Medicine, a short-term psychological treatment center. Now used almost exclusively for film production.

Scene was shot Along with the building across the street, this building was constructed in the 1950s for the Worker’s Compensation Board and then transferred to the RCMP in the 80s as an expansion of the RCMP’s ‘E’ Division headquarters. The building has been in control of the Public Health Services Authority since 2014 after the RCMP moved to their new Surrey headquarters and has been popular with film productions since then.

Scene where Lucy and Rufus work on a plan to save the astronauts on the moon in episode 1x08 “Space Race”.

Scene was shot Originally constructed as offices for the BC Workers Compensation Board, 5255 Heather Street was given over to the RCMP during the 1970s to join in the growing headquarters of the RCMP’s ‘E’ Division. The building became vacant after the RCMP moved to their new headquarters in Surrey which was completed at the end of 2012. In 2014 the building transferred to the Public Health Services Authority which has rented it out to film productions.

Overlynn Mansion

Scene where The team flees deep into the castle and escape through a secret passage in episode 1x04 “Party at Castle Varlar”.

Scene was shot Constructed in 1907 by architect Samuel Maclure, this Arts & Crafts style home was constructed for Charles J. Peter, manager of the company that lead the development on this area of Burnaby. In 1927 the home was turned into the Seton Academy, a girls school run by the Sisters of Charity of Halifax. The mansion was converted again in 1970 to a seniors residence.

Scene was shot First conceived of for Canada’s centennial celebration, the conservatory was built in 1969 atop a reservoir at Vancouver’s highest point. The triodetic dome is 140 feet in diameter and 70 fee high and contains over 200 bird species and 500 plant species.

Scene was shot Located atop the remnants of an old WWII army base, North 40 is a large off-leash dog park located adjacent to the Boundary Bay Airport which is popular with productions for its easily controlled streets and variety of overgrown paths. The roads were originally part of the Vancouver Wireless Station, built for the Canadian Army Signal Corps during WWII and in operation until 1971.
