<p>The action of the series unfolds in the mid-90s, when the death penalty was authorized. A new prison officer, Kostya, finds his own approach to the execution of death sentences. After meeting with the father of one of the victims, he decides that the punishment should be executed by relatives. Kostya organizes a business, outsourcing these murders. Filming took place in Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Elbrus and Kamchatka. Real residents of the Kamchatka region were used as extras.</p>
