<p>The plot of the movie includes the journey of the heroes in the train Moscow-Murmansk. And some of the scenes were filmed in a carriage that ran in a circle in St. Petersburg. But there was also a real train: several filming cars were attached to a real train that was traveling to Petrozavodsk. To shoot beautiful atmospheric shots of Russian winter, the movie team visited Petrozavodsk, Olenegorsk, Teriberka and Murmansk. Even snowstorms that could have hindered the shooting, the director and his assistants turned it to their advantage: they used the bad weather in the shot. </p>
