<p>This movie is an author's project, shot in Cherkessk, the director's hometown. Interestingly, “Express” was the first movie shot in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The main character, Sasha Soslanov, or simply Sos, always remains cheerful, despite the difficulties. He was kicked out of the university, he was left without housing, and his beloved Nina left for Moscow - but this does not frighten him. Sos finds solace in gambling and believes in luck. One day he decides to make a desperate bet on “Express”, and incredibly wins. However, on the very first day of winning, he loses the card on which the prize was fixed. Now he has only three days to find the lost card. Thus begins his adventure in Circassia.</p>

Scene where Fate does not smile on Sasha, but rather shows his fangs. Taking his feet away from the local bandits, the hero runs to the bridge over the turbulent river. After a couple of moments it becomes clear that the only way to escape is the river itself.

Scene was shot on a bridge over the Teberda River, located in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The Teberda River, flowing among the mountain slopes, also runs through the town of Karachayevsk and, you won't believe it, through our favorite Lenin Street! So the film crew didn't even need to go to the nature. For the most attentive viewers and readers of our website, one of the photos has a hilarious bonus.
