Flubber
Year: 1997
Country: USA

All the filming locations for a science fiction comedy movie about a mad scientist were in California. The actors and crew traveled quite a bit from one filming location to another. The major cities and locations in California where filming took place were Stockton, San Jose, Burlingame, Vallejo, and San Francisco. All of the Professor's basement scenes were part of the set built on San Francisco's artificial Treasure Island. The basketball scene and the scene where the Professor's house explodes while he is in the basement are also sets built on this island. The scenes with Honicker's library and President Sarah Jean's office were filmed at Mercy High School and adapted for the movie.
