Heavyweights
Year: 1995
Country: USA

The film crew worked for the most part in North Carolina. The main scenes were shot at Camp Pinnacle, located in Laurel Park. This secluded location, surrounded by green hills and dense forests, was perfect for the fictional Camp Hope. They also used the Jump Off Rock site, which offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Interestingly, Camp Pinnacle has been used for other projects, such as the movie Summer Camp starring Kathy Bates and Diane Keaton.
