<p>The movie is a political pamphlet. Tired of pointless debates, the Committee of 19, one of the UN working bodies, takes decisive measures and sends an international expedition of six specialists to Africa, headed by Soviet Professor Smolentsev. The purpose of the mission is to understand on the spot the causes of the mysterious epidemic that has engulfed the region. During the investigation, the commission discovers a secret center where a neo-fascist organization develops bacteriological weapons and conducts barbaric experiments on the local population. Filming took place in the Congo, Austria and the Soviet Union.</p>

The father is nervous behind the wheel, constantly looking at his watch. Natasha tries to calm him down, but in vain.

Scene was shot in Heroes' Square (Heldenplatz), one of Vienna's most important and solemn squares, located in front of the Imperial Palace Hofburg. It features monuments to Archduke Charles and Prince Eugene of Savoy and is surrounded by monumental buildings, including the National Library.

Gradually it becomes clear that someone is deliberately hindering their work by hiding the truth about what is happening.

The city, founded in the 1880s by the French and named after officer Pierre Savage de Brazza, has become an important cultural and political center of the region. It is surrounded by unspoiled rainforests filled with life and exotic vegetation.

The day is warm, the streets are quiet - rare passers-by, birds singing, leaves rustling.
