The movie was shot in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The village itself is still the same as in the first movie, but there are a large number of locations with luxurious interiors, which were filmed in the palaces of both capitals.

Scene was shot in a marble palace, in a white hall. It can be seen that for the filming of the movie many details of the interior, including the columns were gilded, chandeliers were lowered so that they got in the frame. The creators of the movie tried to make the location look richer. In the original, the columns are just white, and there are not so many pompous elements of decor.

Scene was shot the same place as the village from the first part - it's a movie village "Loskovskoye tract", a special place with built sets for filming movies. Most of the houses there are just walls, sometimes not even all of them. And the stones with signs, all sorts of paraphernalia are made of Styrofoam.
