The movie was shot in different cities, including Moscow, Moscow Region, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar and London. FC Meteor's training base was filmed at the Central Stadium of Novorossiysk, the home arena of FC Chernomorets.
Soccer battles were filmed at the best Russian stadiums: Krasnodar, Otkritie Arena and Arena Khimki. Up to 36 different cameras worked on the field - some were flying on cables, others “tangled” under the feet of players.
In Novorossiysk they filmed the city itself - at night, during the day and at dawn. In Krasnodar, they filmed the final: according to the director, there is no better stadium in Russia than the Gorodzhan pitch
