<p>Station for Two was shot in several cities. Most of the scenes inside Zastupinsk station were shot at Vitebsk station in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). The restaurant where Vera worked was filmed at Riga station in Moscow. Vera and Plato's farewell scenes were filmed at Moscow's Losinoostrovskaya station. Moscow's Taganskaya Square and Tushinsky Market were also used for urban scenes. Episodes related to the penal colony were shot in the Moscow region, in particular at the Iksha educational colony for minors and in the village of Koveryanki. Some scenes were also shot in Lytkarino and Lyubertsy.</p>
