The film, inspired by one of the brightest and most life-affirming news stories of 2021, was shot in Moscow, the Moscow region and Ufa. In Ufa, the crew worked at the airport, filmed the entrance to the city, and used iconic locations such as Lenina Street and the Chernikivka neighborhood. According to director Vitaly Dudka, it was Chernikivka that made a special impression on him due to its cinematic look.
