Scene was shot Low Force is an 18-foot (5.5m) high set of falls on the River Tees, England. There is also a High Force waterfall further upstream. The production staff had to install signs warning walkers in the area not to be alarmed at the prosthetic bodies strewn around the site.

Scene was shot The docks were built between 1869 and 1897. They were used to service hundreds of ships. The docks closed in 1987. The land has been owned by property developers. There were plan to build 700 flats on the site, but that plan was rejected according to the BBC.
