Scene was shot A tunnel running 4.5 blocks under downtown Los Angeles from Figueroa to Hill, the 2nd Street Tunnel was opened in 1924 to help reduce traffic on the nearby 3rd Street Tunnel. The tunnel is lined with distinctive glossy white tiles which cast distorted reflections giving the tunnel a very visually interesting appearance which has led to its popularity in film and television.

Deckard's Apartment

Scene where Deckard drives his car back to his apartment. Only a few exterior shots of the Ennis House were used. The apartment interior was built on a sound stage based heavily on the house.

Scene was shot Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built in 1924 for retailer Charles Ennis. The distinctive exterior of the building is constructed from 27,000 patterned granite blocks decorated in a Mayan revival style. The house was first used for filming only six years later in Female and has been used regularly ever since.

Scene was shot Constructed in the 1930s to consolidate several different rail services, this grand terminal was constructed on the ruins of the city's original Chinatown at a cost of $11 million. The station was designed primarily by John & Donald Parkinson in a mishmash of different styles. Across the tracks and connected by an underground tunnel is the Patsaouras Transit Plaza designed by Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut which hosts a number of bus lines as well as the Metro's offices.
