Scene was shot The RMS Queen Mary is a British ocean liner that first sailed in 1936 as the flagship of the Cunard-White Star Line. The ship sailed the route between Southampton and New York and held the regular speed record for that route until 1952. The Queen Mary was retired from service in 1967 due to the rise of jet travel and was sailed to Long Beach where it has been permanently moored since. The ship currently houses a hotel, several restaurant, and a museum and is on the list of Historic Places.

Scene was shot Constructed in the 1930s to consolidate several different rail services, this grand terminal was constructed on the ruins of the city's original Chinatown at a cost of $11 million. The station was designed primarily by John & Donald Parkinson in a mishmash of different styles. Across the tracks and connected by an underground tunnel is the Patsaouras Transit Plaza designed by Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut which hosts a number of bus lines as well as the Metro's offices.

Scene was shot The S.S. Lane Victory is a Victory-class cargo ship constructed in 1945 for World War II to bring food and aid throughout the pacific. The ship resumed its service during the Korean War to aid in evacuation of thousands of troops and civilians. It was put into service one final time to deliver ammunition and supplies during the Vietnam War before being designated for conservation. The ship underwent extensive dry dock repairs and upgrades in 1992 and has since served as a museum and training vessel.
